1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and szz77.cam ("szz77", "we", "us", "our", "Platform"). By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided by szz77, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility Requirements

The following categories of persons are prohibited from using szz77: (a) employees, consultants, agents, or affiliates of szz77 or its parent companies; (b) immediate family members of szz77 employees; (c) individuals previously banned or self-excluded from szz77; (d) individuals convicted of fraud, money laundering, or gaming-related offenses; (e) individuals appearing on international sanctions lists or terrorist watch lists.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use szz77 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register one (1) account with szz77. Multiple accounts registered by the same person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Identity Verification

szz77 is required to verify the identity of all account holders in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and gaming standards. You must provide valid government-issued identification documents including but not limited to: Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, postal ID, or voter's ID. We may request additional documentation including proof of address (utility bills, bank statements) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify szz77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

szz77 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity; (c) failure to provide requested verification documents; (d) violation of responsible gaming policies; (e) abusive behavior toward staff or other players; (f) use of automated software or bots; (g) collusion or cheating. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure resulted from your violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your szz77 account using approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank), and other methods as indicated on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and third-party payment processors. szz77 does not charge deposit fees, but third-party payment processors may impose their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification, bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits when possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24-48 hours, but processing times may extend to 5-7 business days depending on the payment method and verification requirements. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider for receiving withdrawals.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

szz77 implements strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in accordance with Philippine law. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. We reserve the right to request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding certain thresholds. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law. Accounts involved in money laundering activities will be immediately closed and funds frozen pending investigation.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of PHP 500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification before dormancy fees are applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply login and contact customer support.

5. Gaming Rules and Conduct

5.1 Fair Gaming

All games on szz77 are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game results are determined independently and cannot be influenced by szz77 or any third party. You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that losses are possible. 5.2 Prohibited Gaming Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds: (a) use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets; (b) collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes; (c) exploitation of software errors or glitches; (d) arbitrage betting or bonus abuse; (e) irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses; (f) reverse engineering or attempting to decompile game software; (g) use of VPNs or proxies to disguise geographic location.

5.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or communication failure during game play, all affected bets and payouts are void. szz77 will make reasonable efforts to restore correct balances and resolve disputes fairly. However, you acknowledge that technical issues may occasionally occur and agree that szz77's liability for such malfunctions is limited to the return of your original stake. Screenshots or local records of game play are not considered definitive proof of outcomes; only server-side logs maintained by szz77 are authoritative.

5.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations

You are responsible for your gaming activity and must not exceed your financial means or time availability. szz77 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

While szz77 strives to provide continuous service availability, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or error-free. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical difficulties, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, szz77, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of szz77 shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The szz77 Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless szz77, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account; (e) your breach of applicable laws or regulations.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of szz77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for resolution of any disputes.

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute or claim arising from these Terms or your use of szz77, you agree to first contact our Customer Support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution procedures. You agree to participate in good faith negotiations before pursuing litigation. Any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against szz77.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and szz77 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

11.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by szz77 of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

11.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without szz77's prior written consent. szz77 may freely assign these Terms and all rights and obligations to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without your consent.
